Why outdoor Activities?
Swimming, cycling, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, skydiving, surfing, fishing, going to the pool/beach, etc outdoor activity is not possible for a man to do. But above one/two of activities help to refresh mind increase body fitness & keep you feet for daily life.
Regular outdoor activity will provides you, a number of physical benefits including reduced arthritis pain, reduce blood pressure, weight loss, and low risk of diabetes, certain cancers and osteoporosis.
Doing 150 minutes of moderate exercise such as biking or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise each week such as hiking help to maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of chronic disease.
A study of Park and Recreation Administration of their journal on 2009 found a correlation with access to outdoor recreation spaces and overweight-obesity.
Along with increase physical activity, outdoor recreation offers the chance to socialize and important benefit itself. Social settings of outdoor spaces, especially city parks are associated with super good experiences. Outdoor activity (physical) also increase pride in the community as well as offer the chance to meet people with similar interest.
Outdoor activities lead to an increase confidence, improved creativity, and better self-esteem. Natural settings rejuvenate and calm the mind, improve the outlook and increase positive affect.

It’s so much fun. Swimming is not only an outdoor activity it’s also a very good physical exercise. Many doctor & physical advisor advices their patent for swimming.
There are tons of different activities in different season. My favorite outdoor activity in the summer & spring would be cycling. I love to ride a cycle on the new road & the hill slope. That is an amazing feeling which takes away all of the stretches from mind and body. Riding in hill area as well as ride in new York city is the best types of cycling to me. Kayaking mean’s boating. Go with your family for boating in river or in sea.

(Also, I get some extra advantage since my house is in long island area & near to the PCH (Publishers Clearing House). PCH is a great resource for finding a variety of cycling routes. In fact, I’ve been ride my bike to/from PCH once or twice per week)
